85 +/- Acre Training Center is known for the rolling, gracious countryside it covers, as well as being rich in sunlight, towering Oaks and limestone. From its inception, a clear goal was in mind ensure that the horses are in the best possible environment, their safety and protection was given every consideration. These features are truly state-of-the-art and unrivaled. Numerous Graded Stakes winners and four Breeder’s Cup champions have received their early training on this three-quarter mile dirt course with aluminum safety rails, excellent cushion and superior drainage system.
5 Barns with a total of 100 stalls, 20 individual stalls, covered hot walkers, round pends, 5 residences for staff, dormitory with 22 rooms to accommodate a large scale operation, and extensive site improvements as well as underground utilities.
